Slow cooked
in the oven or Kamado, baked BBQ chicken makes an healthy and
interesting change
4 chicken breasts Salt, onion powder, thyme and paprika to taste
SAUCE
1 c. catsup 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. water 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. onion powder or dehydrated onion 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 6 drops Tabasco sauce
Season
chicken with salt, onion, thyme and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for
about 45 minutes, until nicely browned. Combine sauce ingredients in a
pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Serve as a dipping
sauce with chicken. Also good with pork chops.
