
Grilled Chicken
For many
people, nothing tastes better than great tasting grilled chicken
Chicken
4 legs and 3 thighs or 5 breasts 1 gallon sealed plastic bag
Marinade
8 cups of water 5 cloves of ninced garlic 1/2 cup of demerea sugar 2 T. salt 1 t. cayenne pepper 1 t. paprika 1 t. black pepper
Add
the chicken to the sealed plastic bag and pour the marinade over the
chicken. Seal the marinade and place in the refrigerator over night.
The longer the better.
When you are ready to grill the chicken.
Place the chicken on the grill skin side down. Cook for around 15 or so
minutes on medium heat (300-350 degrees) and then turn it over. Will
take up to three quarters of an hour to cook. When there is 10-15
minutes of cooking time left, spread your favourite BBQ sauce on top of
the chicken, serve and enjoy.
Serve with a crisp side salad and buttered warm crusty rolls.
